Founded in 1978 and incorporated in 1984, Action Duct Cleaning was started as a family business by Dan and Betty Stradford. The company has bloomed into a bustling enterprise servicing all of California, from five offices, with thousands of jobs performed annually. The list of satisfied clients ranges from the top names of corporate America, hotels, hospitals, celebrities, and government agencies to countless home owners in California.
What is your primary product or service?
Action Duct Cleaning services an extensive customer base of Fortune 500 corporations, Industrial Facilities, Schools, Government Agencies and buildings and Celebrity Homes. Having originated as a duct cleaning company in 1978 and listening to the continually-growing demands of our valued customers, Action Duct has diversified into an industry leader, offering a broad spectrum of industrial cleaning services and solutions critical to maintaining a safe, healthy and productive work environment for both company production cycles and the inner office. We work closely with contractors, facility, plant managers and engineers to aggressively deliver results on your toughest cleaning jobs. Whether it is a custom situation that no other company can handle or a conventional system cleaning, we have the expertise to plan and provide the right cleaning strategy to effectively work with your time-sensitive schedules and production cycles. Action Duct Cleaning strives to take facility maintenance burdens off your plate and streamline the process in order for you to focus on your core business. Over 30 and counting years in business and over 30 years of satisfied customers later, Action Duct Cleaning still lives up to our expectation of “Helping America Breathe Easier.” Mission: To set an example of quality and service for health-focused environmental and industrial hygiene services. Action Duct Cleaning, Inc. has been very aggressive as one of the ealierst pioneers in our industry. We constantly work at improving our internal administrative processes, quality assurance and customer service departments. We do so through the investment in innovative technologies to help streamline our interaction with clients. Our research and development department continually investigates new technologies that enhance our deliverables in the field. This, coupled with our desire for higher education and certifications in our industry helps keep us a step ahead of the industry itself. • Action Duct was founded in 1978 – over 30 years ago – and is one of the pioneers of the duct cleaning industry but our pricing has always remained competitive. • Seven of our foremen have twenty years or more experience in the industry. • Our crew members are seasoned and have been on the job an average of ¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬10-15 years. • We have a mechanical engineer and an electrical engineer on staff. • We have a quality assurance director on 24-hour call to handle any concerns that come up. • We existed before NADCA - the National Air Duct Cleaners Association - was even formed and we were one of its founding members. • Action Duct’s founder is still active and has published many articles in the NADCA journal and trade magazines to educate contractors. • We stand by our work and we clean in accordance with the highest NADCA standards. • We work all hours and weekends at no additional cost. • We’re known in the industry for having a large number of crews and being able to rapidly mobilize them on short notice. • We use green products in our cleaning. • We’ve never had a claim on our contractor’s license or bond. • Our client list includes top celebrities, Fortune 500 companies, and all levels of public works.

Action Duct currently has 5 locations covering California and we travel nationally. We are currently working on an aggresive plan to expand branches across the region and nation over the next two years.
