PC & MAC Computer service, repair, networking, sales rentals.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I received my Bachelor degree in Computer Science from UCLA. I started as a programmer in Pascal & D-Base III language. Then I went on to become a SAS programmer at TRW. At that time TRW had just started using Personal computers to replace their larger main frame computers. I was promoted to be the head of their PC maintenance & planning department. My interest in personsal computers was so strong that I became partner with other Computer Palace location and started one in West Los Angeles.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
With over 20 years of experience in this field, we are capable of handling any computer problem, deployment need of single suers to small business customers. We are commited to a 100% customer satisfaction while providing them with the lowest possible prices in the market.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
At one point there were 8 Computer Palace's. But about 10 years ago each location became independent with different names. AS of now this is teh only store left with the original Computer Palace name. Our expansion witll be more in number of employees rather than locations.

On Santa Monica Blvd, 1 1/2 bloc West of the 405 Freeway in West Los Angeles. We are betweek Sawtelle and Corinth with Parking in the back.
