Sandra did not tell my adult citizenship student that she needed a copy of her husband's 1st marriage divorce. Therefore, the appointment is on June 2, 2014 and today is May 31st, inpossible for her husband to go to the court house to get a copy before Monday. Worst yet, her husband is in China at the moment and we are hoping she is given at least a month before she can produce this document. Also, her client told her she was presently a homemaker, and she placed her as self employed as a beautician. She did not advise her to go to the IRS office and get their form to pay her federal taxes if she wanted to work as a beautician from home. Right now she is simply a homemaker and her N400 shows she is self employed as beautifian. Her client even showed her the past 3 years taxes whereas, her husband supports her. It is going to be tough to get her out of this terrible mess.
