What is your primary product or service?
Employee representation in wage and hour lawsuits, sexual harassment, and wrongful termination. Other issues include FMLA, pregnancy discrimination, racial discrimination. These days we handle a lot of class actions, group actions, and PAGA actions.

How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We were here long before others, take it very seriously, and actually try very difficult cases including ones with large groups of employees and the upwards of 100,000 pages of exhibits

We have offices in Bakersfield, Oxnard, Riverside, and Sherman Oaks. We handle cases across California

We only work on a contingency

What are your hours of operation?
We are open from 9:00-6:30 Monday through Friday. We also work on the weekends, but not all of the staff does. We can be heard on 105.1 FM from 8-9 AM on Sundays
